Reading List: Coming Soon

Hello, I am Sterling Martin—an opinion writer and cultural commentator drawn to the places where politics, philosophy, theology, and everyday culture collide.

I write as a Christian Nationalist, and I call myself an anti-philosopher and post-postmodernist because I’ve grown tired of clever theories that obscure truth rather than reveal it. In my columns you’ll find me wrestling with Marxism and Critical Theory, returning again and again to the classical liberal tradition of John Locke and the natural rights our founders cherished, and holding all of it up against the light of Christian scripture. I’m equally fascinated by technology—especially the rise of artificial intelligence—and by the quiet, cultural pressures reshaping the West.

Reading has always been my way of making sense of the world. That habit shapes every piece I write: I dig deep, argue plainly, and try to sound the alarm when I see ideas that threaten the things I love most—faith, family, and a free society. My hope is simply to help readers see more clearly and stand a little more firmly.
